This is an entirely private appointment so you will have our full attention and benefit from a relaxed and comfortable environment, designed to feel like an extention of your own home.

Unique to our business, is the styling experience you can expect when you shop with us, both in store and online. This experience is unique in it's 'down to earth' feel, where we treat the stores as an extension of our own Living Room, where a Cup of coffee (or indeed a glass of something stronger!) is presented on your arrival, complete with ladies chit chat and usually lots of laughter shared. You can see for yourself on our LIVE FACEBOOK SHOWS the nature of the store and the people who make it so special.
For 2020, we are introducing our PRIVATE STYLING EXPERIENCE, where you can be guaranteed a dedicated evening (or weekend) appointment with Jade or Val (or both where available), where they can help with any of your styling queries or prepare you for a special occasion or event.
Perhaps you feel that someone you love would like to receive a bespoke appointment as a gift? We can accommodate most group sizes and circumstances, so please ask if you have any special requests.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail (RM), FedEx and DHL for a rapid delivery. For prices, please continue to checkout otherwise please refer to our Ts&Cs.
Returns:
As in our stores, customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange in compliance with our policy.

RENTALS: Delivery for ALL RENTAL ITEMS is included in the RENTAL price for the date range selected. RETURN POSTAGE is also included, which will be provided inside your parcel. Please use the return labels provided to ensure you are fully covered for any loss or damage in transit. If you use an alternative shipment method, you will NOT be covered for any loss or damage during transit.
