All of our rental items require renters to pay a Security Deposit. This is a refundable charge to pay, separate from the rental fee. The Security Deposit is held on your card for the total duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned (note: this may take several business days depending on your bank). Arabella reserves the right to charge this amount at any time if damage, loss or other issue is reported.

Delivery: FREE UK Standard Delivery for orders over £50. Orders less that £50 as standard £2.99 charge. Express UK £8.00. International £9.99. European £4.99. There are also options to collect from a store. Returns: As in our stores, customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability.
