BEHIND THE BRAND
Rachelle and Ziyo started the amente in 2019 based in Los Angeles together after working in the fashion industry for many years. Their mission is to create a brand that is a timeless, long lasting and eco-friendly brand that has a responsibility to the fashion world. Creating collections with fewer styles that don’t follow trends but instead can be worn over years and not be throw-away trends.
Amente focuses on using sustainable fabrics in loose, comfortable feminine shapes. They curate collections season to season with ease in mind, and in a timeless manner.
This is accomplished by the use of sustainable, plant-based fabrics, and immaculate finishings on the inside of our pieces which are consciously crafted to last through countless wears and washes.
